Refund Policy
At The Lazarus Method, we are committed to providing transformational health experiences and high-quality products. Due to the nature of our programs and offerings, we have different refund guidelines depending on the type of product or service purchased.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Programs & Memberships (Circle.so / Stripe)
All digital programs, memberships, and community access—including TRAIN, TRAIN+, MASTER, MAINTAIN, or other Lazarus Method offerings—are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to proprietary health education, program materials, and/or community interaction. For this reason, we do not offer partial or full refunds once access has been granted.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge)
• You notify us within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet accessed any course or materials
• A refund policy was explicitly stated on the sales page for a specific offer
To request a refund under an eligible condition, email info@lazarusmethod.com within 24 hours of the transaction. No refunds will be issued after this window.

2. Functional Medicine Appointments (Practice Better)
Functional medicine appointments are clinical services provided by Dr. Ryan Lazarus and are subject to the following policies:
• New Client Appointments: Must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
• Follow-up Appointments: Require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to charge full fees for missed appointments, as time and preparation are reserved in advance.
All refund decisions for clinical services are at the sole discretion of Dr. Lazarus and The Lazarus Method.

3. Supplement Purchases (Shopify / Practice Better)
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on supplements, nutritional products, or ingestible items unless:
• The item was damaged during shipping
• You received the wrong product
• There is a documented product defect or issue
To request a return:
• Email info@lazarusmethod.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment
• Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a description of the issue
Returns must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be eligible. You are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
We do not refund shipping charges. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

4. Subscriptions & Renewals
If you are enrolled in a monthly or annual subscription for any program or service, you are responsible for managing your subscription prior to your next billing date. Refunds are not issued for failure to cancel in time.
To cancel your subscription:
• Log in to your account via Circle.so
• Or email info@lazarusmethod.com with at least 48 hours’ notice before your next billing cycle

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us first with any concerns before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Filing a dispute without first requesting a resolution through our team may result in termination of your access to future services.

6. Our Right to Refuse Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or partial refund if:
• You have already accessed program materials
• You have violated any terms of use, including community conduct policies
• We detect abuse, fraud, or refund misuse
All refunds, when granted, are processed to the original payment method via the platform used (Stripe, Shopify, or Practice Better).
