The Lazarus Method, founded by Dr. Ryan Lazarus, offers both licensed clinical care within the state of California and non-clinical, educational wellness programs. Our offerings are delivered via various platforms, including:

• Circle.so (community platform and paywall management)

• PracticeBetter.io (health record system and consults)

• Shopify (supplement purchases)

• Stripe (payment processing)

• Squarespace (website hosting)

These services may change over time and are subject to these Terms and the Terms of Service and Privacy Policies of each third-party provider.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Dr. Lazarus is a licensed healthcare provider in the state of California. However, unless you are an established patient under a formal provider-patient relationship through our clinical services, no information, guidance, or content provided on this website, in our programs, or within our community is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Participation in our TRAIN, REPAIR, and MASTER programs does not constitute a medical relationship. These educational coaching programs are intended for informational and self-improvement purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you require medical attention, you must consult with your personal physician or licensed healthcare provider.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Reside in the United States (clinical care is available only in California)

• Agree to these Terms and any policies posted on our website or community platform

4. Payment and Billing

Program fees are processed via Circle.so and Stripe.com. Supplement purchases are fulfilled through Shopify or Practice Better.io, depending on the product. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our third-party processors to charge your chosen payment method.

We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

All pricing is subject to change at any time. Any recurring payments will be billed automatically according to the plan you selected unless canceled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on our website, in our programs, and on affiliated platforms (text, graphics, videos, charts, downloads, PDFs, guides, etc.) is the intellectual property of The Lazarus Method and Dr. Ryan Lazarus unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or republish any part of our content without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

When participating in our programs or community platform (Circle.so), you agree to:

• Be respectful to all members, including coaches and staff

• Not share offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content

• Not promote or solicit other services, programs, or products without written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our community or programs for violation of these guidelines.

8. No Guarantees or Warranties

We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs. While our goal is to support your personal health journey, results will vary depending on individual effort, adherence, genetics, lifestyle, and other variables beyond our control.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Ryan Lazarus and The Lazarus Method shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the services—including but not limited to loss of data, profits, health outcomes, or emotional distress—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may provide links to external platforms (e.g., Circle.so, Practice Better, Shopify, YouTube, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own Terms and Privacy Policies.
